Michael serves a variety of business and individual clients. He has extensive experience in taxation, financial reporting, business planning, and auditing. Clients use Michael’s general business knowledge to assist them with tax and strategic business planning issues. He is also interested in assisting nonprofit organizations to establish the policies and procedures expected of them by the IRS and governmental funders. Michael served for several years as CFO for a large nonprofit receiving government funding.

Michael is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He graduated cum laude from High Point University with majors in accounting and business. He served as chairman of his church’s finance committee and has served on the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He resides in Kernersville with his wife and two sons.
